What do we mean by Unlimited Web Space and Unlimited Bandwidth on Jorogo hosting plans? Mainly we want you not to worry about whether you are nearing some arbitrary limit, or are lucky enough to be getting an unusual spike in traffic. Jorogo puts no artificial limits on your Unlimited hosting account and you will never be charged for having "too many visitors".
For most web sites you will not need much bandwidth. Probably 99%
of all websites use less than 2 GB of bandwidth a month.
If you intend
to have a lot of downloads of software, audio or video, then you may end
up using a lot more bandwidth, maybe 50 GB. Adult sites typically use a
lot of bandwidth. Sites like mp3.com require an enormous amount of
bandwidth, but for the average site - a low level will be enough in
almost all cases. Our terms of service prohibit this kind of use.
We do not allow hosting of:
- "Download" or "Filesharing" websites
- "Internet radio" or "TV" websites whose main purpose is to stream audio or video
- "Adult content" or pornography
- Websites that offer "free space" to others
Jorogo's Unlimited web hosting allows you 'unlimited' server space for normal routine "non-file-distribution" web usage. For websites that allow downloading of video, audio or other files we reserve the right to impose a bandwidth limit of twenty-five (25) gigabytes (26,843,545,600 bytes) per calendar month. Non-file-distribution usage will remain unaffected by any limit imposed on downloading of video, audio or other files.
